THE CORPO (as they call themselves) is a superb band from Ireland.
They were support act on Pinback's European Summer Tour 2004
and U.S. Tour in may 2005. And in 2007 back on the road with Pinback on their fall EURO-tour!

Stop-start, stupid-smart, sweet-sad rock music is how they decribe their style on their own website. For me the vocals remind me of Jeff Buckley (I see that as a compliment for Dudley, because Buckley...), while the other instruments remind me of Sex Pistols but then a little more structure but with the same enthousiasmus. The songs are sometimes pure beauty (think of Radiohead) and then again Stop-start with high energy. My personal favourites are Glance, Divil The Bit, Stupid & A Song against the city, but choose for yourself ... ofcourse you HAVE to get to know both of their fabulous cds.

Since July 2008 there's this new album, which is A-MA-ZING!!!
